Overview

Summer:
Yellow Crookneck, Yellow Straightneck,Patty Pan, Cymb-ling, Zucchini, Scal-lop,
Marrow, and Cocozelle. The Summer squash are those squash picked at an immature stage and eaten without removal of seed or seed cavity tissue.
Fall and Winter:
Hubbard, Acorn, Banana, Golden Delicious, Table Queen and Pumpkins.
Fall and Winter squash are those members of the Cucurbit with a hard shell and mature seeds.

USDA recommended storage:
Summer: 41° to 50° F. (5.0° to 10.0° C.)
Fall and Winter: 50° to 55° F. (10.0° to 12.8° C.)
