Storage Conditions

32° F (0° C) 95–100 percent humidity. Like all leafy vegetables, parsley has a high respiration rate, and its temperature must be lowered quickly to delay respiration and spoilage. Samples must remain properly cooled
during shipping. Use a sufficient number of ice packs in each shipping container to keep the produce at a refrigerated temperature. Do not freeze samples. A controlled atmosphere of 10 percent oxygen and 11 percent carbon dioxide can help retain green color and salability
